Welcome to the STX Exchange wiki. The target audience of this wiki is the individuals and entities that wish to integrate with our exchange platform. To get started we suggest that all potential integrators read and understand our whitepaper which will give you the grounding into the basic premise of the exchange and our technology.
Once you and your team understand the basics you will have a number of means to integrate with the STX Exchange. Some examples of use cases are:
There are a wide range of business opportunities that are available with the STX exchange to explore. If you have ideas or questions, we would welcome the discussion into how we can collaborate.
Some of our customers and business partners like to integrate with the platform in stealth and that is certainly up to them. Unlike other sportsbooks we do not conceal our APIs from the public and we have no problem with automated trading. In fact our platform is built with automated trading in mind. Please feel free to simply use the APIs we have provided. We have internal safeguards and technology that allows us to be extremely resilient to heavy loads.
That being said, most of our customers and partners enjoy the "white glove" experience that they get when working with the STX team. We would be happy to set up a Slack integration to your Slack, Discord bots or another mechanism to integrate into our internal slack. Our developers provide live support to our customers on the Slack channel so you will not be speaking to a customer service agent that will have to escalate your questions. On Slack you can ask questions, request features and much more. Already we have added several features requested by our business partners.
The development team at STX uses a modified Kanban process to handle tickets. They enter the board when someone requests a feature or we have internal work to do. Once entered, the tickets are triaged for priority, broken down into deliverable segments and then prioritized. After our developers implement the ticket, complete with unit tests, the functionality goes through 3 layers of testing. Our QA engineers have explicit instructions to break everything and are quite proficient at finding the most obscure bugs. Once the functionality is ready it will go to staging and from there to the production server. What is important is that we dont schedule features six months out like other companies. We have seen requests be delivered in a couple of weeks. However, not all requests do get prioritized. It depends on the level of effort and other scheduled priorites.
However you want to integrate, the STX team stands ready to help you.
We are trying to build not only a business but a community around the STX platform and we would be happy to have you or your company become part of that community. If you have further questions please dont hessitate to contact us.
